Fall sports begin August
14th, 2009. Please mark your calendars and plan your vacations accoringly. All necessary paperwork must
be turned in to the Activities office prior to August 14th. Forms are available in the Activities office or at
the SHS website. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Lamm in the activities office.

Do you need a sports physical...right now?
Dr. Robert S. Nishime, M.D. is accepting appointments for Pre-participation Physical Exam, and can probably fit you in
today. Call 293-5864 for an appointment. Mention that I referred you, and receive the special rate of $25 per
sports physical.
